Password will be given for your download and behind the scenes access where applicable. Once your download is complete the password expires.
Dedications are to be made at the sole discretion of CR. Use your password to download the video and/or mp3 of your dedication. All dedications will take place at the Fairfield Theatre Company CD Preview Concert.
Level step-ups are calculated two weeks before the FTC Preview Concert. Notifications are by e-mail only.
Tour incentives kick-in when goal is met by March 28th, 2009. Most incentives kick-in with goal being met before beginning of tour. None will be announced prior to any show.
There is no monetary value to these gifts.
Private Concert Date ($10,000 donation level) will be selected by CR. Understandably, these will need to be scheduled around Tour dates. Dates will be submitted by donor and scheduled by CR according to Tour dates. If the concert is not within a three hour drive of Fairfield CT, donor is responsible for all travel costs.
Photo for CD insert inclusion must be emailed jpg photos. Any photos to be signed will be signed and sent by US Mail to the recipient, signature required. Allow six weeks for processing.
Tour incentives kick-in when the goal to fund the CD is met by March, 28th, 2009. If the CD fund goal is exceeded by $50,000 ticket prices to the CRB shows for the entire tour will be reduced.
Ticket sales will be announced on www.christopherrobinband.com and on the Christopher Robin Band Facebook Fan Site.
All incentives are subject to change at the discretion of CR. The distribution of these gifts, incentives and promotions are at the sole discretion of CR. Information requested (like e-mail address') are the responsibility of donor. The decision on any matter arising out of the campaign and or any issues that arise will be decided by CR and are binding and irrevocable. No donors have rights to the copyright and/or ownership of CR, the CRB or its heirs. CR, CRB and its representatives have no legal liability as to these gifts given in exchange for your generosity.

By donating money on this website, you understand and agree that certain personal information (your name, your address, your e-mail address, etc.) is being collected. This information is needed to maintain adequate records of our donors and in order to contact you in connection with the delivery of various goods and services we are providing you as 'Givebacks/Thank You gifts.' This personal information is maintained in a database in a private server and is not available to the general public. We will use this information only as required for administrative purposes and to contact you in connection with the supplying of the gifts for which you qualify. We will never share this information with, or sell it to, any other party.

Our web server automatically collects information typically logged by web servers: the IP addresses of client browsers, the pages they visited, the amount of data transferred, etc. We may use this information, both individually and in aggregate, to analyze site usage patterns or to investigate alleged instances of abuse or fraud.

Donors who contribute on this site will be able to post a message to the site's "Guest Book." Inapropriate posts will be removed. PayPal is the financial ("merchant") services provider for this campaign. PayPal does not send us your bank or credit card information, and therefore we have no direct access to it. The security of your credit cad information is under PayPal's control, and their record for keeping things secure is excellent. You should, however, be aware that, in connection with PayPal's handling of your financial transaction, you are subject to their privacy policy and legal agreements, which can be read here and here, respectively.

In the future, we may use the list of people who donated to this project and send each of them an e-mail update on CR/CRB* list. You will have an opt out option button if you want no furthur contact.
